We deliver to addresses in Sweden. Shipping costs and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout before you pay.

Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. HeimGlanz also offers returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused and in its original packaging.

  • Refunds are made to the same payment method within 14 days after we have received the return.

Damaged or incorrect item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging, and we will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
